In this interactive 60-minute workshop, you will experience how the feedback carousel method helps you to quickly and safely gather valuable input.
The carousel offers an alternative way of giving feedback: not based on criteria or assessment, but through open questions, suggestions, and resources. Without discussion or judgment, there is room for curiosity, ownership, and reflection.

Participants practice giving feedback and discover how this method:
