In this interactive 45-minute workshop, you will experience how the feedback carousel method helps you to quickly and safely gather valuable input.
The carousel offers an alternative way of giving feedback: not based on criteria or assessment, but through open questions, suggestions, and resources. Without discussion or judgment, there is room for curiosity, ownership, and reflection.

Participants take on the role of feedback provider or coach to explore what this method can offer.
