Marco van den Brink

Marco van den Brink is managing director of Sogeti Netherlands. He believes that organisations make a difference by giving people the space to grow, take responsibility and ensure optimal allocation of their talents. Connecting, motivating and challenging people therefore lie at the heart of his leadership style.

Within Sogeti, Marco has held various national and international leadership roles in recent years. As Group Chief Sales Officer, he was responsible for Sogeti’s commercial activities worldwide. Prior to that, his roles included Managing Director and Operations Director at Sogeti Netherlands, with responsibility for the divisions, the portfolio and the delivery organisation. He also led the Trade & Transport division in the Netherlands.

Outside Sogeti, Marco serves on the Advisory Board of InnoSportLab in Eindhoven and ITVitae in Amersfoort. He studied Business Information Systems at the university of applied sciences in Amsterdam.
