The workshop is aimed at professionals, businesses and start-ups in the agri-food sector, as well as lecurers, trainers and coaches. It is also suitable for participants at conferences, team-building days and awareness-raising sessions on sustainable food transitions. Furthermore, the workshop can be used in research into value-driven food choices.
There are no official entry requirements for this workshop.
No specific prior knowledge is required for this workshop. An interest in sustainable food, consumer behaviour or food transitions is sufficient. An open mind, curiosity and a willingness to reflect and engage in discussion with others will help you get the most out of the workshop.
This interactive approach encourages active participation, fosters critical thinking and instantly energises the group. Organisations and networks gain valuable insights that support product development, marketing, communication and issues relating to sustainability and innovation.
During the workshop, you will explore how personal values influence food choices and consumer behaviour. You will research why sustainable food innovations are sometimes embraced and sometimes met with resistance. Through an interactive board game, videos and group discussions, you will apply theory directly to practice. In this way, you will learn to view social issues relating to sustainability, health and innovation from different perspectives.
The workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes and is conducted in groups of 5 to 7 participants, under the guidance of a neutral moderator.
