Fontys Allied Health Professions
At FCHM, students gain experience with complex care situations beyond the scope of regular education. Professionals and partners work alongside them on innovation, advanced diagnostics and interprofessional collaboration.
Who is it for?
For partners in the field and professionals
Work alongside students, lecturers and researchers to address complex real-world healthcare challenges. At FCHM, you can make use of additional diagnostic tools, specialist movement and measurement equipment, and interprofessional collaboration on clinical cases.
In this way, clinical practice, teaching and research directly reinforce one another.

I regularly refer patients to FCHM for a Biodex assessment. It gives us a clear picture of their strength, which we can immediately apply in practice.
For clients
Do you have an injury or other health issues? FCHM offers additional diagnostic tests, support and specialist consultations.
Students from various degree programmes work alongside lecturers and professionals in a professional environment equipped with modern technology and equipment.
It’s not only educational for the students, but for me as well.
For students
At FCHM, students from different degree programmes and years of study work together on real-life healthcare issues. They learn to diagnose, treat and collaborate in complex practical situations.
In this way, they prepare, step by step, for their future role as healthcare professionals
By examining a case study with a larger group of students, you learn from each other’s lines of reasoning.
