Do you struggle with your fear of failure? Do you often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to perform? Do you try very hard to avoid failure. Or do you actually procrastinate to avoid the stress that potential failure creates in you? Does it get in the way of your goals? Does it undermine your self-confidence?
TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.....
Fear of failure is the great fear of making mistakes or not meeting expectations.
Fear of failure is often accompanied by: - Physical symptoms such as palpitations, headaches, trembling and sweating. - Mental symptoms such as brooding; feelings of despair, negative thoughts about yourself and your performance. - Behavioral symptoms such as procrastination; excessive perfectionism, unstructured work and getting bogged down in details.

How do you feel? How do you sleep? Are you comfortable giving feedback to your fellow students? Do you set your own boundaries? Do you enjoy both school and private life?
