Course description
What does it mean to truly make someone feel welcome — and how does that translate into your professional performance?
In this course you will explore the art of business hospitality: how to conduct yourself with confidence and grace in any professional setting, how to present yourself and your ideas compellingly, and how to leave a lasting, positive impression. Going out of thte standardised learning environment will allow you to experience new methods of business code of conduct and you will be able to reflect on what professionalism looks like in your own behaviour and performance.

Way of working
A project-based, interactive learning experience in a real-life situation, located off-campus.
Exam
Portfolio based on the performance assessment based and reflection report, in which you
demonstrate your development across the project; you will analyse your own professional conduct and presentation skills, supported by concrete evidence and feedback gathered during the programme.
