Course description
In Creative skills, we focus on the creative work that comes with a brand’s marketing communication. You will learn to think outside the box and also how to develop a brand, a creative concept and a campaign.
Competences and learning objectives
After the course you can:
- use creative thinking techniques to use your creativity and think outside the box;
- develop a visual identity and you can come up with a brand or product name based on name storm techniques;
- recognize the steps in the creative model in existing campaigns: you know what a briefing, an insight, a proposition and a creative communication concept is;
- use the creative thinking techniques and come up with creative concepts based on a briefing;
- develop a campaign from one creative umbrella concept;
- apply aspects of storytelling when creating visual content and use a storyboard as a basis for a video;
- formulate a rationale for a campaign;
- convey a (creative) idea in a distinctive, convincing and creative way in a pitch.
