During this practical workshop, From Data to Insights with AI, you’ll discover how AI helps you process data more quickly and gain better insights. You’ll learn how to use AI throughout the entire data process: from collecting and cleaning data to analysing, visualising and presenting it.

This workshop is aimed at professionals who work with data and wish to gain better insights using AI. This includes staff in marketing, sales, HR, operations, product development, policy, quality and management. Researchers and analysts are also very welcome.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
For this workshop you don’t need any technical background or programming knowledge. Basic experience with AI, for example with ChatGPT or Copilot, is useful. It’s also good if you’re curious and want to use data to make better decisions.

The workshop takes place on fixed dates. The English workshop will take place on 26 November 2026 from 9.00 am to 11.00 via MS Teams.
