Studying Stress free

Do you often feel overwhelmed by how much you have to do? Do you struggle to keep up with your assignments, social activities, and social media? Do you set yourself high standards? Are you afraid of making mistakes? Do you find it hard to accept criticism or ask for help? If you recognise yourself in one or more of these questions, this training may help you. If so, this training could help you to cope better with stress, perfectionism and the pressure you experience during your studies.



About the training

During this training, you will learn how to study and work calmly and in a balanced way. You will identify the habits and skills you already use and learn how to apply them more consciously. This can help you to achieve more while experiencing less stress.

This way of working is called 'time surfing'.

Methods

The training will give you an insight in where the pitfalls lie in your calendar and which strategies you can apply by using the guidelines in order to work from a place of calm. You will do exercises to familiorise yourself with the guidelines and be informed about the theory behind it.

Practical information

  • A training group consists of a minimum of 6, maximum 12 students
  • The training is for free and consists of 1 day of online training (7 hours with
    a lunch break)
  • 1 refresh meeting online of 2 hours. Make sure to be available for both
    meetings to have the most effect of the training.
