Step 3: Complete your payment
Step 3: Arrange payment of your tuition fees
After you provide your documents and information in step 2, Fontys will check whether you are eligible for admission. To complete your enrolment, you must arrange your tuition fees. The process depends on your nationality.
Dutch or EEA students
You will receive a message with instructions on how to authorise your tuition fee payment in Studielink. Payment authorisations are usually available from 30 April. Make sure to complete the authorisation before your programme starts!
This authorisation allows Fontys to automatically collect the tuition fee from your account.
Non-EEA students
If you are a non-EEA student, there are extra steps to complete your enrolment:
- You will receive a payment letter for tuition fees and visa costs.
- The Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) requires proof that you have sufficient financial means for living expenses while studying in the Netherlands.
It is important to take care of these requirements early, so your visa and residence permit can be arranged on time.
