Programme

The programme consists of two phases: Introduction Phase and Advanced Phase. You begin with the fundamentals of e-commerce and entrepreneurship, and then move on to apply your learning in real projects.

In the Introduction Phase, you lay the theoretical groundwork and delve into online marketing, logistics, and business planning. In the Advanced Phase, you practice what you have learned by working on actual projects with e-commerce companies. You will have the support of a Fontys lecturer and an external company mentor.

By the end of the minor, you will be able to integrate various components of the e-commerce value chain, evaluate actual business scenarios, and create new opportunities online. This is a skill in great demand as the e-commerce sector in the Netherlands and internationally is looking for innovative and well-trained talent.

Get to know the world behind every online order. In this phase, you learn how products move from a website to a customer’s doorstep and what is required to make that process quick and effective.
