When is a programme top-rated?

Programmes that score especially well in the Keuzegids can receive the ‘Topopleiding’ rating. This means that, based on the Keuzegids rating method, the programme is one of the highest-rated programmes. It is great recognition for the quality of our education and the hard work of our students and lecturers.

Find the programme that suits you

A good rating is nice, but the most important thing is that you choose a programme that is right for you. What are you interested in? What are you good at? And what would you like to do in the future?

At Fontys, we are happy to help you find out. Take a look at our programmes, come to an Open Day to get a feel for the atmosphere, or meet our students and lecturers.

Frequently asked questions

A top-rated programme scores especially well in the Keuzegids. But that does not automatically mean it is the best choice for you. It is also important that the content, the way of teaching and the atmosphere suit you.

Do not only look at ratings. Also look at the content of the programme, the way of teaching and the atmosphere. For example, visit an Open Day to find out if a programme suits you.

The National Student Survey (Nationale Studenten Enquête, NSE) asks students how they experience their programme. The Keuzegids uses these results, but also looks at other information, such as study success. This gives you a broader picture of a programme.
