Laura Cull Ó Maoilearca

Laura Cull Ó Maoilearca is Lector of the Academy of Theatre and Dance (ATD), Amsterdam University of the Arts and Professor of Performance Philosophy, by special appointment at University of Amsterdam. The ATD Lectorate conducts values-led practice investigating how performance practices can contribute to the paradigm shift needed to respond to today’s polycrisis: away from extraction and depletion and towards more just, regenerative and caring futures. Laura’s recent publications include the book Interspecies Performance (2024) edited with Florence Fitzgerald-Allsopp.
