Danielle Arets

Danielle Arets is Lector in Journalism Design at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg. The professorship focuses on journalistic transformation with an emphasis on digital developments, new forms of public engagement, and the (re)design of journalistic narrative and expressive forms. In addition to journalists, the team consists of designers, artists, AI experts, philosophers and anthropologists. The professorship is closely linked to the Fontys Knowledge Centres for Creative Economy, AI and Big Data, and Inclusive Society.
