Tuesday 13 January
Kicking off with energy!
The first day of the Wellbeing Days is packed with energy! Get inspired by sporty workouts, surprising workshops, refreshing lectures and moments of relaxation. The perfect kick-off to three days dedicated to your wellbeing.

On Tuesday, a special moment takes place: the unveiling of Plaquette 113. This ceremony marks a meaningful moment within the Wellbeing Days.

Programme
You will receive a fun and intensive 30-minute lesson with an instructor. High Intensity Interval Training is a method that involves relatively short periods of intense activity and active rest. It is the perfect morning class to start your day actively and full of energy. Clean indoor shoes and a towel are required!

POWER YOGA – is an energetic style of yoga that combines flowing movements with strength-building poses. The focus is on breathing, movement and endurance, so that you build muscle, improve flexibility and increase mental clarity. You will feel both challenged and balanced.
Arrive at the yoga class on time so you can start calmly and get the most out of your practice. Bring a towel and warm clothing for the cool-down.

An energetic barbell workout that transforms your body through strength and endurance. With weights and motivating music, you will push your limits, build strength and increase your confidence. Feel stronger, more confident and ready to take on anything!

Whether you are completely new to the gym or already have some experience, a tour of our Gym is always a good idea and is guaranteed to give you a fresh or new perspective. Together with our instructor, you will explore the entire gym and pick up all kinds of tips and tricks. You will learn about the equipment, free zones, how to use weights, what the house rules are, and everything else you always wanted to know. Don't forget your clean indoor shoes and a towel!

It’s a true win–win: for you, it’s a pleasant moment to unwind and become more aware of your body, and for the students, it’s a valuable and practice-oriented learning experience.

CORE CLASS – Join our 30-minute Core Class for a targeted and intense workout that strengthens and fine-tunes your abs, back, and entire core. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class helps you improve stability, posture, and overall strength in a short but effective session!

Zephyr is the student esports association, and they recently started adding more casual gaming to their training sessions. On the Switch 2, you’ll be playing games like Mario Kart, Boomerang Fu, and Mario Strikers. They also have several other titles available, which you can choose from depending on how many people show up. You can leave the session at any time, you will be gaming for a minimum of 20 / 30 minutes.

Urban Cross Training is a CrossFit-style group class. During this class, you will improve your endurance, strength, power endurance and technique for complex exercises. The class starts with a good warm-up to prepare you for the workout. The class continues with skill or technique training. You will receive advice and exercises to improve your squat or clean, for example. Then you will do the “Workout Of the Day” (WOD). During this part, you will do a mix of cardio, strength and explosive exercises. To end the class, we do a cool-down to improve recovery.

Join us for this virtual cycling experience! This immersive workout combines training and fun, providing an engaging experience during your workout. The Journey is suitable for all levels, and you can adjust the intensity to suit your needs. The large screen and LED lighting in the Cycling Studio create a spectacular dynamic.
Important information:
Bring a towel and a bottle of water. Other items must be stored in the lockers. We ask you to arrive 5 minutes early so that our instructor can give you the necessary explanations about cycling and the workout.

YIN YOGA - is a calm, slow practice that targets deep connective tissues such as ligaments and joints. By holding poses for longer, you improve your flexibility, release tension and develop a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.

Join the running training with our athletics association Asterix! We kick off the training with a fun group warm-up. After that, we split into runners and technical athletes (sprinting, jumping, throwing, hurdling). Each group continues with a warm-up tailored to their event. The runners then move on to an interval workout, while the technical groups focus on practicing their specific disciplines. Finally, everyone comes back together for a short cool-down.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and Olympic sport known for its dynamic kicking techniques, speed, and flexibility. We will end the Wellbeing days for students in a fun way with Brain Bites. Coziness, fun, togetherness, and relaxation through a fun quiz (with a broad range of topics) and free bitterballen and a drink, as the perfect closure of a week dedicated to well-being.
Afterwards, you can stay in the sportcafé, go home, or go out, everything is possible.
