J.H.J. (Joris) Geurts
Joris Geurts studied Technical Computer Science at Eindhoven University of Technology.
After this, he worked as a software architect at Philips and NXP. Since 2007, he has worked as a lecturer-researcher at Fontys Hogeschool ICT, where he teaches in the field of artificial intelligence and software engineering. In 2012, he completed the Master's degree in Science Education and Communication at TU/e (ESoE). In his research, he focuses on the applications of AI in healthcare and robotics.
