"As a former student of Fontys (Applied Physics), I have personally noticed that a thorough (technical) education with good connections to the job market is essential. With a separate programme for IT, Fontys is responding to a strong need in the IT market.

This Council is a valuable tool that enables Fontys to engage in active dialogue with the market (from end customers/users to software and IT service providers) from an IT perspective, with the aim of continuously renewing and improving IT programmes.

With 25 years of work experience in IT and currently responsible for one of the larger IT companies in the Netherlands, I can contribute and mobilise knowledge and expertise to initiate, challenge or feed specific IT topics with ideas".
