R. (Renáta) Frenken-Liskova
Renata Frenken (EngD in Information and Communication Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology) has a background in ICT and (embedded) software engineering.
After working in the telecommunications industry for many years, she made the transition to education in 2014.
Within education, Renata focuses mainly on embedded software, Internet of Things, Edge Computing, Smart Industry, and Cyber Security. Together with students, she works on a wide range of practice-oriented research projects.
Renata has been affiliated with the High-Tech Embedded Systems research group for many years. She has contributed to projects such as Smart Infra, Smart Classroom/Asset Tracking, and the Smart Industry/DIB project.
Within the DIB project, Renata plays an important role in promoting Lifelong Learning (LLO).
