L.Y. (Jessie) Chua
Jessie L.Y. Chua has a background in IT, Software Engineering and Computer Science. With a career in both industry and academia, Jessie has held roles in software engineering, technical team leadership and project management, in which she contributed and delivered software solutions and technology-based work.
Currently Jessie is involved in research, teaching and coaching students. Within the HTES research group, she conducts research in the area of embedded systems and smart industry applications, software design and development technologies.Jessie is also interested in bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application, especially in preparing students for the challenge of software and technology industries.
