The conference pass includes attendance of technical sessions, paper presentations, workshops and invited keynote speakers, submission of one paper, coffee breaks, lunches, and a welcome reception. More information about
On Saturday June 17th 2023 we offer, for whom it is possible and interested, a trip to some museums for example DAF museum and Philips museum. We also offer a lunch. The price for this trip is €90. Futher information will follow in 2023.
Every year it is important conference participants can attend for the conference dinner. During this dinner there will be plenty of time to talk and discuss with persons from other universities. It is a very inspiring moment during your stay at our EAEEIE conference. The dinner will be organised in a marvelous building of Eindhoven, being the Evoluon. We will have our dinner in the center of the 'UFO'-shaped building. We think this will be a dinner to remember.
