You’ll explore the steps of the advisory process, but just as importantly, you'll reflect on your own strengths, personal style, and role as an advisor.

Good advising is more than giving advice: it requires listening carefully, analysing issues, formulating solutions, and communicating them clearly—even when facing resistance or different viewpoints. Throughout the course, you’ll build these skills through practical exercises, feedback, and reflection. Because like any professional skill, effective advising is something you learn by doing.
