About this Masterclass
This masterclass consists of two parts. We start with a brief overview of the steps in a change process and the principles of internal communication during organizational
change. The aim: to build support. Next, we conduct a group-based interactive
analysis using video material to closely examine how these principles play out
in practice.

Who the masterclass is for
This session is designed for managers who face resistance, encounter slow or unsuccessful change initiatives, or see negative effects of change processes in the workplace (e.g., long-term sick leave). It is also suitable for anyone looking to further professionalize their approach to leading major changes within their own organization.

About the lecturer
Arjan de Bont is a lecturer at Fontys Venlo with 15 years of experience in leadership and change management training. He has coached executives at companies such as Philips, Vodafone, and Canon, as well as leaders within public organizations like the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, Dutch Water Authorities, and various healthcare institutions.
