If you follow a medical diet, have food allergies or are vegetarian, please mention this in the registration form. We will do our best to take this into account.

For safety reasons, the use of drugs and strong alcoholic drinks is not allowed during the introduction week.

Alcohol is only served and allowed from 16:00 onwards.

At some locations, beer and wine are available from 16:00.

Soft drinks are available at all times.

If alcohol or drugs are found, they will be confiscated and you may be sent home.

Age rules

If you are under 18, alcohol is not allowed at all.

Students aged 18 or older will receive an 18+ wristband at the start of the introduction week after showing a valid ID.

During the entire introduction week, First Aid and in‑house emergency support are available. Staff members can be recognised by their yellow vests.

If you need help, please contact a staff member immediately.

Please inform us in advance if there are medical issues we should be aware of, such as:

chronic illnesses

severe allergies

medical equipment (for example, an EpiPen)

During the introduction week, photos and videos will be taken. These may be used for communication and promotional purposes, such as websites and social media.
