Our Fontys Song

Vanmiddag is het Fontys nummer 'Back in the Crowd' gelanceerd. Met deze song blikken we terug op de lastige periode waarin we ons allen bevonden, maar kijken we vooral ook vooruit naar de toekomst. Het lied is te beluisteren via Spotify, iTunes. Apple Music en youtube.

Kijk deze dan terug via: https://youtu.be/gF6ewnBRYfU In het programma komen de hoofdrolspelers aan het woord. Van Joep Houterman, voorzitter cvb, hoor je wat de reden voor het project was. Daarna schuiven Daniëlle Arets (lector FHJ) en Jorge Alves Lino (lector ACI) aan. Zij accepteerden de opdracht van het cvb en vertellen hoe het idee voor een lied ontstond. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de opdracht vanuit het cvb correct werd uitgevoerd was er een artistic board. Anna Barth (student IB Venlo) praat over de rol van de artistic board. Om de community goed te vertegenwoordigen is er in de beginfase een enquête uitgerold. Thomas Tadjab (student journalistiek) vertelt over de resultaten en hoe hij deze bruikbaar maakte voor de songwriters. Tot slot komen de songwriters Tom Wullems en Yassir Oostrom aan het woord. Samen vertellen zij hoe 'Back in the Crowd' het Fontys lied werd. De presentatie werd verzorgd door Julian Klop, oud-student journalistiek.

Then Daniëlle Arets (lecturer FHJ) and Jorge Alves Lino (lecturer ACI) join in. They accepted the assignment from the bord and explain how the idea for a song arose. To ensure that the assignment from the board was carried out correctly, there was an artistic board. Anna Barth (student IB Venlo) talks about the role of the artistic board. To represent the community properly, a survey was rolled out in the initial phase. Thomas Tadjab (journalism student) talks about the results and how he made them usable for the songwriters. Finally, the songwriters Tom Wullems and Yassir Oostrom will speak. Together they tell how 'Back in the Crowd' became the Fontys song. The presentation was done by Julian Klop, former journalism student.
