Do you have a great business idea or a startup in its early stages and are you ready to compete against other starting entrepreneurs? Take your chance at the Student Startup Award Brabant 2018.
The Student Startup Award Brabant is a collaboration between NHTV, Avans, Fontys and Tilburg University. They are looking for entrepreneurs who recently started running their own business or who are still in the starting phase of the design of their business plan. If you think that your business or business idea has the potential to win and earn the title of Best Startup, Best Idea or Best Social/Sustainable Initiative, don’t hesitate and sign up for this event!
After you signed up, you will receive an invitation for an interview. The 12 best candidates will be selected and will have a Pitch Training by the Pitch Queen on Wednesday the 30th of May at Tilburg University. After receiving tips and tricks on how to pitch and sell your idea or startup, it will be showtime during the final event on Tuesday the 5th of June 2018 at Club Smederij in Tilburg.
During the event on the 5th of June 2018 you will present your startup or idea in front of a professional jury and an enthusiastic audience of entrepreneurs, business men and women and experts in entrepreneurship education.
You can compete in the following categories:
- Best Startup (Brown Belt / Black Belt) (voucher worth € 250,- for the development of your startup)
- Best Social/Sustainable Initiative (voucher worth € 250,- for the development of your initiative)
- Best Idea (voucher worth € 250,- for the development of your idea)
In addition, all participants will have a great opportunity to test and promote their business or idea and the winners gain eternal fame!
