Voorwaarden fotowedstrijd

Bij het inzenden van foto's voor de fotowedstrijd 'Ouder worden, het perfecte plaatje' gaan we ervan uit dat je akkoord gaat met de volgende voorwaarden:

1. Inzending

• De fotograaf kan vóór 1 december 2025 één tot maximaal drie foto’s insturen.
• Er geldt geen beperking op het moment van opname: zowel oude als nieuwe foto’s zijn toegestaan.
• Toegestane bestandsformatenJPG of JPEG.
• Bestandsomvang: 1-10 mb per foto.

2. Vereisten per foto Elke ingezonden foto moet voorzien zijn van:

• Naam en contactgegevens van de fotograaf;
• Titel van de foto;
• Datum en locatie van opname (eventueel bij benadering);
• Korte beschrijving (maximaal 50 woorden).

3. Personen op de foto

• Indien personen herkenbaar in beeld zijn, is de fotograaf verantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen van voorafgaande toestemming van de betreffende persoon; de organisatie gaat ervan uit dat deze toestemming is verkregen en aanvaardt hierin geen enkele aansprakelijkheid.

4. Auteursrecht

• De fotograaf behoudt het auteursrecht op de ingezonden foto’s.
• Door deelname geeft de fotograaf toestemming voor:

o Gebruik van de foto(’s) voor communicatiedoeleinden rondom de fotowedstrijd;

o Publicatie op sociale media en de website;

o Tentoonstelling van de geselecteerde foto(’s);

o Inzage van de foto(’s) door de jury;

o Gebruik van de foto(‘s) na afloop van de fotowedstrijd ten behoeve van onderwijsdoeleinden;

o Het croppen van foto(’s) indien nodig voor de tentoonstelling.

5. Beoordeling en selectie

• Een onafhankelijke jury beoordeelt de inzendingen.
• De jury selecteert een aantal foto’s voor de tentoonstelling.
• Tijdens de officiële opening worden de drie winnaars bekendgemaakt.
• Over de uitslag kan niet worden gecorrespondeerd.

6. Overige bepalingen

• Deelname aan de wedstrijd impliceert volledige acceptatie van dit reglement.
• Persoonsgegevens van de fotograaf worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor de fotowedstrijd (o.a. publicatie van naam van de fotograaf in persberichten en bij de foto, communicatie met fotograaf).
• Foto’s kunnen worden geweigerd om ethische redenen (o.a. pornografisch, seksistisch, politiek of anderszins aanstootgevend materiaal).
• Het gebruik van AI of het inzenden van AI-gegenereerde beelden is niet toegestaan.

Photo Contest
Terms and Conditions

When submitting photos for the contest “Growing Older: The Perfect Picture”, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission

Each photographer may submit one to three photos before December 1, 2025.

There are no restrictions on when the photo was taken – both old and new photos are welcome.

Accepted file formats: JPG or JPEG.

File size: 1–10 MB per photo.

2. Photo Requirements

Each submitted photo must include:

Name and contact details of the photographer;

Title of the photo;

Date and location of the photo (approximate if necessary);

Short description (maximum 50 words).

3. People in the Photo

If identifiable individuals appear in the photo, the photographer is responsible for obtaining their prior consent. The organization assumes that this consent has been obtained and accepts no liability in this matter.

4. Copyright

The photographer retains the copyright to all submitted photos.
By entering the contest, the photographer grants permission for the organization to:

Use the photo(s) for communication purposes related to the contest;

Publish the photo(s) on social media and the website;

Exhibit selected photo(s);

Share the photo(s) with the jury for review;

Use the photo(s) after the contest for educational purposes;

Crop the photo(s) if necessary for the exhibition layout.

5. Evaluation and Selection

An independent jury will review all submissions.

The jury will select a number of photos for exhibition.

The three winners will be announced at the official opening.

The jury’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

6. Other Provisions

Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Personal data will be used solely for contest purposes (e.g. communication with the photographer, crediting the name in publications and exhibits).

Photos may be rejected for ethical reasons (e.g. pornographic, sexist, political, or otherwise offensive content).

The use or submission of AI-generated images is not allowed.
