The course has its focus on practical training skills you need in your role as a consultant. You practice in for example on presentation skills, group dynamics and various ways you can change the skills, attitudes and beliefs of people.
Objective
After the course you will be to able to discriminate between various options you have as a consultant on issues concering human behavior. You are able to detect development needs and design a tailor made training, and implement it in a professional manner.
Structure
The course starts with the building blocks of training. During the training you will give a number of presentations and mini-workshops. Your masterpiece will be a performance assessment on a training: a 2 hours trainingcourse before a live group. Furthermore you will be evaluated on your role as a consultant in two elaborated consultancy/training cases.
