This form allows you to register both as an alumnus and consequently as a member of an alumni association. Shortly after completing and returning this form, you will be issued with an account that will enable you to log in to the web site. Logging in to the web site allows you to complete or change your personal information and start looking for other members of your alumni association. This registration also enables you to make use of a number of services offered by Fontys and the alumni association.

You will need an additional registration for each individual alumni association. Further information may be obtained from the web site of the Alumni Association. If you not only register yourself at the alumni association’s web site but also through this service, you will be able to profit from a number of additional services offered by the Fontys alumni association. In the future, this double registration will no longer be required.
