You can start with your master degree immediately after your bachelor training (Master of Science in Business & Management (MBM)) or you can start with an MBA after 2-3 years of practical experience in the business (Master of Business Administration (MBA)), you can follow your master education in the Netherlands or abroad.
Master of Science in Business & Management (MBM)
Fontys Internationale Hogeschool Economie Venlo and Plymouth Business School (UK) collaborate together and offer a joint Master of Science as of September 2008. The final degree is called the Master of Science in Business & Management (MBM).
The structure of the programme is as follows: during the first semester of your MBM will be from September till December and will be offered in Venlo. The second half of your master will be continued in Plymouth, where you will round off your master while working on a practical relevant project which will be guided by a project supervisor.
The core of the programme offers you the basic elements based on the management of enterprises, it covers the functional aspects of business and management theories and operates on a strategic level. The master is very flexible and you can design more than half of the programme in order to adjust it perfectly to your personal future career. You can specialize in the following fields: International Business, Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality, Finance Operations and Logistics of Operations and International Supply Chain Systems.
The duration of the master is 12 months, while most masters (after receiving a bachelor degree) last for two years. This is a unique opportunity for a bachelor to achieve a Master of Science within 5 years’ time!

The Fontys International University of Economics (FIHE) in cooperation with the FOM Fachhochschule für Oekonomie & Management (Essen, Germany) offers an MBA programme designed for graduates with professional experience. Engineers, Scientists, Lawyers and Arts- and Social Science graduates do supplement their specialist knowledge with this MBA-degree in order to develop the economic know-how required for managerial positions.
